The UNLV Libraries has a subscription to a journal called Caries Research. It is listed in the library catalog at http://ezproxy.library.unlv.edu/login?url=http://www.karger.com/CRE When people have tried to get articles they've been prompted for a user name and password. To avoid this, as soon as you get to the journal page click on "login/admin" on the left side of the publisher's page. Then click on "your subscriptions." At that point you can select the year you want and you will be able to download the article.

Please let me know if you have any problems accessing this or any other journals.

Update 31 October -- Access is now available without having to go through the above steps.
