UNLV Arboretum in Chronicle of Higher Education

"For a Desert Campus, More Than Rocks and Cactus" by Goldie Blumenstyk appeared in the Feb. 23 issue of The Chronicle of Higher Education. The article lauds UNLV campus gardens including the Xeric Garden outside of the Barrick Museum. Susan Jones, instructor in the School of Architecture Landscape Architecture program, serves as collections manager for the UNLV Arboretum, and is quoted in the article.
